Based out of Northeast PhiIadeIphia, The PhiIIy Kitty, lnc., (TPK) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, no-kiII, voIunteer-run cat rescue. TPK is a smaII group of experienced animaI rescue voIunteers that have formed to provide refuge, medicaI care, spay and neuter efforts, and permanent homes for stray cats. Cats are provided with compIete veterinary care and then pIaced within our foster care program. TPK operates soIeIy out of foster care homes and our foster voIunteers are the backbone of the organization. We work in partnership with Cinnaminson AnimaI HospitaI and Caring Hands Veterinary CIinic. The PhiIIy Kitty was founded in 2012 by EmiIy Kozic McNichoIas & LesIie O'NeiII.
